Perform the monitor self-test feature and determine if the intermittent problem occurs in the self-test mode. Unfortunately, the webcam's image quality isn't up to scratch. It's better than most laptops but falls short of a good standalone webcam, like Logitech's C920 HD Pro. Video looks noisy even in a well-lit home office. Adding a ring light helped, but video quality was still worse than a dedicated webcam. Maximum brightness isn't high, but it's more than adequate for a home office. I used the monitor at 60 percent of maximum during the day and turned it down to 50 percent at night. The monitor's display coating claims to be anti-glare but looks more semi-gloss, so it's best to turn off any bright room lights that sit behind you.

Don’t get this if you’re a gamer, because it is not made for that. This is a productivity monitor, and it won’t have all the features that are most sought after by gamers. Ensure that the Teams account is provisioned and setup as 'Teams Only' mode.
