Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, Anthon Berg chocolate liqueurs combine the smoothest of chocolate with the most popular tipples from around the world. Initially a greengrocer, Anthon Berg bought a confectionery in 1884 and with his son they began creating chocolates with a delicious dessert centre. With marzipan as their signature, the company grew in popularity and expanded nationally in 1901. Their growth and popularity continued upwards and they then became part of Toms International in 1938 – which they still are to this day.
