About this deal

My take on most of of those tires is that any of them less than say 1200grams is not a great ebike option just because more weight will be more reliable and puncture resistant on an ebike (I know the tire manufacturers have to make tires for riders that don't have motors but don't buy those tires for an ebike unless you know you don't have issues with flats). This calculator is not perfect. Please use at your own risk, and please alert us if something isn't working. Thank you.

As new fat bike tires hit the market, we’ll do our best to keep this spreadsheet and article up to date. If you would like to create your own math expressions, here are some symbols that the calculator understands:For example, enter 3x+2=14 into the text box to get a step-by-step explanation of how to solve 3x+2=14.

Trek is the biggest company currently pushing 27.5 fat bikes, though fortunately the company’s Bontrager brand is not the only company producing tires for these bikes. I would also ???? any of the folding bead models which was most. A wire bead will never slip of a rim under hard cornering and I wonder if there is a risk of that with folding beads models. The Speedsters I road for a while were folding and they seem to perform fine and never had an issue with them coming off the rim but they were also almost impossible to get on the rim).

Even thoughthere are a ton of fat bike tires on the market today, notall tires are available forall wheel and frame sizes. Here, we’ve organized the tire choices above by wheel size. 20×4.0, 24×4.0 Tires Please Note: any reference to 'Royal Mail 24 ™' and 'Royal Mail 48 ™' are Official Royal Mail Service names and should not be interpreted as '24 Hour Delivery' and '48 Hour Delivery'.
